Jones & Dyer has represented both utility companies and landowners in various real estate title and boundary line disputes. Additionally, we have represented landowners in administrative and judicial challenges to real estate taxes and assessments.

Jones & Dyer has represented utilities and commercial property developers in both eminent domain and the acquisition of and sewer easements. We also successfully represented a large walnut grower in a Utility Easement case that went to the Court of Appeal and the CPUC.
