Jones & Dyer has represented a property owner on recovery of a promissory note relating to sale of land. Jones & Dyer has successfully represented a trust beneficiary in an action against another beneficiary who used undue influence of a grantor trust to change the terms of the trust. We successfully obtained a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction regarding transfer of trust assets. Successfully obtained settlement of $2.1 million.
