Jones & Dyer has successfully defended an agricultural landlord in alleged fraud in connection with leased alfalfa fields, as well as represented a vineyard management company in a dispute regarding frost protection.
CONTRACTS AND LITIGATION
Jones & Dyer has negotiated agricultural lease contracts for water and management. We have successfully represented a large agricultural landlord in a lease dispute, as well as successfully defended a rice mill in claims arising from a $17 million rice contract, and recovered attorney fees.
